More members of our community are facing the exciting challenge of moving from a familiar friend in Windows XP to the unknown of Vista and Office 2007. Lots of people hate the ribbon, hate the new interface of the Windows Vista start menu and are trying to find work-arounds for both.

I’d like to invite anyone interested to join me on Friday, July 11 at 4:00 PM Pacific for a free mini-seminar on the Windows Vista start menu and the ribbons of Vista and office 2007.

I’ll be using Word 2007 as an example in this seminar and we’ll be exploring the myriad of features offered by the Windows Vista start menu. I’ll even show you how to revert your menu back to a standard XP mode (if you insist) at the end of the seminar. I’m going to wait until the end so you can make an informed decision about the many new features offered by the Vista start menu!

There is no charge for this seminar. You can log in absolutely free of charge and join me for this discussion. I’ll be fielding questions and answering them to the best of my ability. To join me, just activate the link below. The room will open at 3:30 PM on Friday.

Thanks to George Buys and Talking Communities for our classrooms!
